Starting with a solid understanding of ‘what is’ can help us see ‘what could be’. I love playing with ideas and new information to guide the best strategies for change.

Governance needs to look different for different phases in an organisation’s evolution. I’ve sat on non-profit and social enterprise boards from start up to wind down and everything in between. I’m available for non-executive board positions or to help think through what your governance might need to evolve to next.
